自 2019 年起，旅人树公益携手西南财经大学西部商学院精心策划并组织开展了“彝”路有我陪伴成长——彝族儿童“3+N”关爱志愿服务项目。彼时，与西部商学院的师生们一同深入凉山州美姑县洛俄依甘乡新村，将温暖与关怀传递给那里的留守儿童。尤为值得一提的是，从 2019 年 9 月起，彝族的尔夫、尔洛小兄妹被送往浦江朝阳湖小学，得以在全新的环境中继续学业征程。

在这五年的漫长时光里，旅人树公益始终坚守初心，以陪伴为基石，联合商学院定期开展探望活动，密切关注尔夫、尔洛小兄妹在学业上的点滴进步以及身心的健康成长。通过不懈努力，帮扶对象在身心健康层面得到了切实有效的改善，其眼界与认知不再局限于一方天地，得到了显著拓宽，学习的内在驱动力亦被充分激发，成绩斐然，该项目所取得的成效赢得了社会各界的广泛赞誉与认可。

展望未来，“3+N”关爱儿童志愿服务项目必将在美姑这片充满希望的土地上持续熠熠生辉，以大手牵小手的温情模式，执“育人”之笔，倾尽全力助力绘制大凉山乡村振兴的壮美绚丽新画卷，为更多彝族儿童点亮希望之光，铺就成长之路。

Liangshan "3+N" Charity Event

Since 2019, the Traveler Tree Charity has partnered with the Western Business School of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics to carefully plan and implement the “Yi Road: Growing Together” — Yi Ethnic Children’s “3+N” Care Volunteer Service Project. At that time, alongside teachers and students from the business school, the team ventured into Xin Village, Luo'oyigan Township, Meigu County, Liangshan Prefecture, to bring warmth and care to the left-behind children there. Notably, starting in September 2019, Yi siblings Erfu and Erluo were enrolled at Chaoyang Lake Elementary School in Pujiang, enabling them to continue their educational journey in a completely new environment.

Over the course of these five years, Traveler Tree Charity has remained steadfast in its mission of companionship. In collaboration with the business school, they have regularly organized visits to closely follow Erfu and Erluo’s academic progress and overall well-being. Through persistent efforts, the project has led to tangible improvements in the physical and mental health of the beneficiaries. Their horizons have expanded far beyond their immediate surroundings, significantly enhancing their cognitive abilities. Their intrinsic motivation to learn has been fully stimulated, leading to outstanding academic achievements. The project’s successes have garnered widespread praise and recognition from all sectors of society.

Looking ahead, the “3+N” Care Volunteer Service Project is set to continue shining brightly on the hopeful land of Meigu. With a heartwarming model of “big hands holding little hands,” the project will wield the pen of education to help paint a magnificent and vibrant new picture of rural revitalization in the Daliangshan region. It will strive to illuminate the path of hope for more Yi children and pave the road to their growth.
